Dear Father in Heaven
We are the clay, you are our potter;
we are all the work of your hand (isa 64:8)l.
For you created the universe and the earth and everything that is in it.
You are Almighty.
You are exalted among the nations. You are exalted in the earth (Ps 46:10)
What a blessing it is for us to be your children - sons and daughters of the Most High God.
And God, we want to know you more and more;
to be like you.
This is our one desire.
As the Psalmist said (Ps 27:4)
One thing have I asked of the Lord,
that I will seek after:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to behold the beauty of the Lord
and to inquire at his temple.
Give us this desire Lord.
