 I recommend doing a focused, intense 15 minute workout.


4) Practice the Art of Relaxing
 Designate 15 minutes a day to drinking a cup of tea (peppermint is a winner!)


5)  Find a Hands-On Family Project
One great way to simply your life is to do a simple family project.
